4Children in Essex support, develop and provide training for out of school provision across the County in after school clubs, holiday playschemes and breakfast clubs. Out of school settings offer play opportunities for children and young people mainly aged between 4 and 16 and support working parents by providing pick ups from school and a safe place to play. They are not educational providers and therefore do not receive Nursery Education Grant.
